My only experience is with mm_bliptv, which seems a little unfinished as it runs the same process (and moves the file to blip.tv) twice, once for 'storage' and once for 'complete'.

Instead, for use with a service like blip.tv, Media Mover would be well served by a hook that runs only on cron until additional information is received-- embed code, place of thumbnail.

Is it Media Mover's goal to replace ImageField? Or work with it?

Thanks!
